Beginning in Domino 8.0, the WAS ISS plug-in is no longer included with a Domino installation. For more information on where to download this plug-in, please reference the following technote:

Another option that may be easier is to perform the following steps:
(1) Go to http://www-306.ibm.com/software/webservers/appserv/was/support/
(2) Click "Download"
(3) Click "Fixes by version"
(4) Click "Recommended fixes for Websphere..."
(5) Click "Windows" under WAS version 6.1
(6) Find the "Download package" table and click the ftp download option for your operating system.
(7) Change the file type from ".pak" to ".zip", download, and unzip the file.
(8) In the folders included in the .zip file, go to "plg.webserverplugins.<WASversion>.pak" -> "Repository" -> "plugins.http" -> "bin" -> "64bit" to find the "iisWASPlugin.dll" file needed in setting up IIS
